Tetra Tech International Development is seeking freelance communications professionals and creative specialists to join our preferred supplier list for the Vanuatu Australia Education Support Program Phase II (VAESP), funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. We are looking for Vanuatu-based individuals or small teams with skills in:
- Photography (events, field visits, storytelling)
- Videography (filming, editing, drone use)
- Graphic and document design (reports, social media, billboards)
- Illustration (campaigns, education materials)
- Copy editing, proofreading, translation (Bislama, English, French)
- Marketing, social media, and communications training
- Campaign and event management

Tetra Tech International Development is seeking freelance Reasearch and Data Analysis professionals and MEL specialists to join our preferred supplier list for the Vanuatu Australia Education Support Program Phase II (VAESP), funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. We are looking for Vanuatu-based individuals or small teams with skills in:

- Custom form/app building for mobile or web-based data collection

- Dashboard development (Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel)

- Quantitative data analysis (regression, factor analysis, forecasting, indicator aggregation)

- Qualitative coding and synthesis (NVivo or similar)

- Program quality, research and formative assessments with government and public systems

- Transcription and translation (Bislama, English)

- Moderation of interviews or focus groups, rapid transcription/translation
